After the Application Process
Updated On: Feb 10, 2017

What you should expect after you turn in your complete application for the apprenticeship:

  • All applications submitted with all the required documents will be processed and entered into our database.
  • Applicants who turned in complete application packets will be notified by mail of their scheduled interview time and date. You MUST respond to that notification or forfeit your interview.
  • Your interview will be your time to tell us about you and what you have to offer the Union as a member. This is where you can talk about yourself and what you've accomplished so far and your goals for the future.
  • Once your score is processed you will be notified by mail of your acceptance or denial of the Apprenticeship Program.
  • Training for those selected will be 10 to 13 weeks depending upon scheduling.
  • The 10-13 weeks of training is at no cost to those who are selected, however, you do not get paid while in classroom training.
