This introduction to grade checking will cover responsibilities, tools, job safety and will provide a general understanding of grade checking. This course will include class lecture, field exercises and will provide demonstrations, videos, quizzes and photos. Successful completion of course will be based on score of 80% or more on Final Exam.Course covers:- Basic math skills - Simple volumes- Basic plan reading - Stationing- Slope stakes - Jump stakes- Hand signals - Survey staking notes- Introduction to lasers - Job position safety- Terminology - Hand Levels- Different material types
